Main Responsibilities:
- To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives;
- To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research;
- To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry;
- To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community;
- To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students;
- To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning;
- Other duties as reasonably required by the Head of High School;

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in physics subjects
- Teaching qualification
- Minimum 3 years' full time international curriculum(such as A-Level, IB, IGCSE) teaching experience, experience with Chinese students preferred,
- Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school?s curriculum, strategic plans and policies
- Strong interests in leading extra-curricula programme
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Personal integrity and professional ethics
